StudentConsulting is one of Scandinavia’s leading recruitment and staffing companies, specialising in students, academics and those with professional qualifications. Our recruitment network consists of 206 assignment locations, over 450,000 candidates, over 2,500 customers and over 17 000 purchasers.
StudentConsulting was founded in 1997 to find part-time jobs for students, but now does much more than that. With us, jobseekers meet their future employer and employers meet their future employees.
StudentConsulting has collective bargaining agreements with all Swedish Trade Union Confederation and Akademikerförbundet organisations, as well as Unionen. StudentConsulting's journey began 1997 in Luleå and was founded by three students, including Tobias Lindfors, the company's CEO and principal owner.
In 1999, StudentConsulting employed around 30 people and recorded sales of SEK 0.9 million. In the past year, we have assigned 17 406 jobs via recruitment and staffing, and the Group's annual turnover is now SEK 1.25 billion. Our growth has been created via the employment of so many fantastic people, with a mission to create the industry’s most satisfied customers and thereby help even more people find a job every day. This motivating force has meant that in the past four years we have had the most satisfied customers in the industry and have thus grown to where we are today, with assignments in 206 cities throughout Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Our growth has resulted in many awards over the years, but we believe that our greatest achievement is the large number of jobs we have created.
