We carry out systematic quality development work with continuous improvements and deviation management in which customers, consultants, candidates, and colleagues participate.
At StudentConsulting, quality runs like a red thread through the entire operation. Our qualitative way of working and management system is a prerequisite for our customer satisfaction, sustainable business model and ultimately because we are trusted to create jobs for so many people. To ensure that our qualitative way of working permeates the entire organization, we work with follow-up at individual, unit, regional and national level. Every week and every month, the colleagues report to their immediate superior based on predetermined aspects and target numbers. Employee meetings are held every month with the aim of evaluating the previous month and planning for the coming month. We measure activities, delivery security and staffing, customer satisfaction, sales and more - in real time. Deviations are followed up and analyzed with the aim of delivering and performing better in the future. The transparency means that everyone knows which goals they must live up to every day, every week.
StudentConsulting has collective agreements with all LO and Academic Associations as well as the Union.
