Hans Høj Lagerinventar A/S is a well-established supplier of warehouse equipment with a comprehensive product portfolio, including shelving systems, plastic containers, storage boxes, platform trolleys, locker cabinets and much more. The company was founded in 1992 by owner Hans Høj and has since worked closely with quality suppliers to offer Danish customers products of the highest quality.

The company is located in beautiful surroundings at Benzonsdal Estate in Ishøj, Zealand.

About the position

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a central role in the company and be responsible for serving both German and Danish customers. The position offers a high degree of independence and opportunities for professional development in line with your skills and areas of interest.

Key responsibilities:

- Handling communication with Dutch and Danish customers via phone and email

- Preparing quotations and handling invoicing

- Advising customers on warehouse systems

- Working with inventory and financial systems

- Handling complaints, including transport-related damages

- Maintaining customer relationships, including follow-ups and opportunities for upselling

- Liaising with suppliers and managing purchasing

- Monitoring the entire customer process, including track & trace in the company’s support system

To succeed in this role, you should enjoy being part of a small team where freedom with responsibility is a key principle. You work in a structured manner, take ownership of your tasks and are able to make independent decisions in your daily work.

Qualifications:

- Fluent Dutch, spoken and written (native-level Dutch is an advantage), as well as good command of Danish and English

- It is an advantage if you can speak German (DE) and Austrian German (AT), but it is not a requirement.

- Experience in customer service and sales support, with strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset

- Ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally and maintain an overview

- Experience with inventory and financial systems – preferably Unikonta or similar – as well as an understanding of e-commerce and webshop functionality

- Self-motivated, responsible and capable of making decisions in a work environment with freedom under responsibility

Practical information:

Start date: As soon as possible

Full-time position

Location: Ishøj

Salary: Fixed base salary according to qualifications, including pension scheme
