Dutch-Speaking Sales Coordinator Wanted for Hans Høj Lagerinventar A/S

Hans Høj Lagerinventar A/S is a well-established supplier of warehouse equipment with a comprehensive product portfolio, including pallet racking, warehouse shelving, plastic containers, storage bins, platform trolleys, locker cabinets, and much more. The company was founded in 1992 by owner Hans Høj and has since worked closely with high-quality suppliers to provide customers with products of the highest quality.
The company is located in beautiful surroundings at Benzonsdal Estate in Ishøj, Zealand, Denmark.

About the Position:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in the company and be responsible for serving both Dutch and Danish customers. The position offers a high degree of independence as well as opportunities for professional development in line with your skills and areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling communication with Dutch, Austrian, and Danish customers via phone and email
- Preparing quotations and handling invoicing
- Advising customers on warehouse and storage systems
- Managing warehouse and financial systems
- Handling customer complaints, including transport damage
- Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, including follow-up and upselling opportunities
-Contact with suppliers and purchasing
- Monitoring the entire customer process, including track & trace in the company’s support system

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written (preferably native level), as well as good proficiency in Danish and English
- Knowledge of German and/or Austrian German is an advantage but not a requirement
- Experience in customer service and sales support
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally and maintain an overview
- Experience with warehouse and financial systems, preferably Unikonta or similar
- Understanding of web sales and webshop functionality
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to make decisions in a work environment characterized by freedom with responsibility

Practical Information:
Start date: As soon as possible
Position: Full-time
Location: Ishøj, Denmark
Salary: Fixed base salary according to qualifications, including a pension scheme
