The company was founded in 1992 by owner Hans Høj and has since worked closely with high-quality suppliers to offer customers products of the highest quality.
The company is located in beautiful surroundings at Benzonsdal Estate in Ishøj, Zealand, Denmark.

About the position
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in the company and be responsible for serving both German and Danish customers. The position offers a high degree of independence as well as opportunities for professional development in line with your skills and areas of interest.

Key responsibilities:
- Handling communication with German and Danish customers via phone and email
- Preparing quotations and handling invoicing
- Advising customers on warehouse and storage systems
- Managing warehouse and financial systems
- Handling customer complaints, including transport damage
- Maintaining and following up on existing customers, including identifying upselling opportunities
- Contact with suppliers and purchasing
- Monitoring the entire customer process, including track & trace in the company’s support system

Qualifications:
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written (preferably native level)
- Good proficiency in Danish and English
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or Austrian German is an advantage but not a requirement
- Experience in customer service and sales support
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally and maintain an overview
- Experience with warehouse and financial systems, preferably Unikonta or similar
- Understanding of web sales and webshop functionality
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to make decisions in a work environment characterized by freedom with responsibility

Practical information:
Start date: As soon as possible
Full-time position
Location: Ishøj
Salary: Fixed base salary according to qualifications, including pension scheme
