On behalf of L’Oréal, we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Stock Administration & Operations Assistant to support their Nordic Operations Hub in Denmark. This is a temporary position where you will play a key role in supporting warehouse administration and day-to-day operational activities during an important project phase.

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and a strong focus on quality and accuracy in daily operations.

The Role

As a Stock Administration & Operations Assistant, you will become part of L’Oréal’s Nordic Operations team in Denmark, where you will play an important role in ensuring that warehouse administration and daily operational routines run smoothly and efficiently.

The role will consist of approximately 70% warehouse administration and stock management and 30% hands-on operational support. You will work closely with warehouse data, order processing, and inventory routines while also supporting daily warehouse operations and other operational activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory data in SAP, including goods receipts, inventory adjustments, and cycle counts.
  • Managing inbound and outbound orders in accordance with established processes and deadlines.
  • Performing daily stock management activities, as well as calculating, monitoring, and challenging daily, monthly, and annual KPIs.
  • Supporting inventory reconciliation and identifying discrepancies in stock levels and inventory movements.
  • Contributing to daily operational routines to ensure efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and administrative follow-up with a high level of precision and quality.

We are looking for

About You

You are a great match for this role if you are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with administrative processes, while understanding the importance of keeping day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations running efficiently. You take ownership of your work, approach tasks systematically, and are motivated by creating structure, maintaining high data quality, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

We imagine that you have:

  • Experience with inventory management, warehouse administration, or logistics within a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Experience with stock control, order processing, or goods-in/goods-out processes.
  • Strong administrative skills and a high level of accuracy when handling data.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an overview in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business.

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Knowledge of IDocs.
  • Experience with purchase orders, sales orders, or other warehouse- and order-related documentation.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
