On behalf of Queue-it, we are now looking for a Student Assistant for their People & Culture team to support daily operations and help maintain a welcoming and well-functioning workplace, as the current student assistant is transitioning into a new role within the organization.

Your responsibilities

  • You prepare, assist, and support on rolling-out internal events, meetings, and company gatherings (e.g. all-hands, celebrations) – both in Copenhagen and aligning with Queue-it’s four other locations (Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul, and Minneapolis)
  • In Copenhagen you ensure the office is tidy, organized, and well-stocked at all times
  • You become People & Culture’s procurement ninja as you handle all office-related purchases and coordinate with suppliers
  • You support onboarding of new colleagues and help create a great onboarding experience
  • You assist on People & Culture projects e.g. in preparing for workshops and internal activities (e.g. coordination, setup)
  • You support on drafting communication in respect of weekly updates of our global office screens, help coordinate practical aspects of meetings, board meetings, and quarterly events

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently enrolled in a relevant study program (e.g. HRM, Communication, Organization & Leadership or similar) and curious to support and collaborate with a People & Culture team of four people working agile supporting a global workforce of 175 people across 5 locations world wide
  • Is curious, engaged, and motivated to connect the job with their studies and future career path
  • Is proactive, solution-oriented, and takes ownership of tasks
  • Brings a positive and inclusive attitude that aligns with a diverse and international workplace
  • Speaks and writes English fluently (English is the working language – fluency in Danish is not required)

Practical information

  • Working hours: Typically between 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Workload: Approx. 15–20 hours per week (3–4 hours per day at the office, ideally 4 days per week)
  • Flexibility is essential, especially during events, holiday periods, and other busy times, where additional support may be needed
  • Salary: DKK 160/hour
  • Start date: As soon as possible
