Student Assistant in Compliance Wanted for Queue-it

We are currently looking for a student to join the Legal & Compliance team at Queue-it in Copenhagen. You’ll be part of an innovative scale-up company, a leader in developing virtual waiting rooms to manage traffic surges on websites and apps. The virtual queue solution enables companies to provide a smooth experience for their customers. Queue-it has an international atmosphere with employees from over 40 different countries.

This role offers valuable experience assisting work with contracts, data protection, AI, and IT security depending on qualifications and areas of interest.

Legal & Compliance is part of the Finance department at Queue-it, so the role will also include supporting other areas of the Finance team, such as internal and external settlements.

About the Position
The role offers you the chance to gain valuable experience in contracts, data protection, and IT security.

Your tasks may include:
• Reviewing parts of customer contracts, terms and conditions, and data processing agreements.
• Supporting the business and stakeholders with advice and guidance on compliance with internal and external terms.
• Contributing to internal governance frameworks for data protection, IT security, and AI.
• Supporting the use of tools and platforms for privacy and IT security that support the internal framework.
• Supporting the Finance team with internal and external settlements.

You’ll have independent responsibility for driving processes and ensuring deadlines are met. You will be part of the Legal & Compliance team, consisting of your manager and two colleagues, who will provide thorough training and be your closest partners.

Additionally, you should:
• Know contracts and data protection regulations
• Be independent and responsible
• Thrive in a fast-changing business-orientated environment
• Speak and write fluent English

Practical Details
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Working hours: 12–15 hours per week
• Location: Copenhagen V
• Salary: 160 DKK/hour
